We count ourselves among the baby boomers flocking to the gyms seeking health, wellness and fitness in spite of the biological clock.  Although injuries and slowing metabolisms are obstacles in our path, we have the ability to make choices.

Richard clearly made a choice of fitness during his competitive days which can be seen in a new DVD produced by GMV productions.  Check out the website, http://www.gmv.com.au/default.asp?pageid=products&template=PRODUCTCAT&catid=30&prodid=1253&site=1 for further details on how to order a copy of “Richard Baldwin, Super Tape.”
